life lately. :-)

i apologize for the hiatus in updating. even though i've been hanging around the house, i've managed to be pretty busy. here are a few life updates:
--lagrange football starts today! my parents and i are headed to bham to see my brother play. let's go panthers!
--on tuesday, i had a surge of boldness and walked right in to Starbucks and asked for an application. well, ends up that the manager wanted to set up an interview with me that very day and then he called me yesterday to offer me the job! so i will soon be a starbucks partner! and no longer unemployed!
--i realized this week that i don't really ever want to do things regarding legal stuff. this week, i helped out my uncle who is a lawyer, and none of it appealed to me. so check that off the list.
--my grandparents have been here the last several weeks. although i get tired of fox news being on all the time, i have enjoyed being with them. grandma has decided to teach me how to cook, she says she is "preparing me!" for what? i'm not sure, but i do love it.
--matt starts to travel this week with his job, which is both sad and exciting. sad because it means less chance to spend time with him. but exciting because it's his new job with Berry.

ok, i know there is so much more, but dad wants to be on the road in 20 minutes......and i'm not really ready yet. oops!


ps. because i've been watching fox news alot lately with my gparents, i've gotten really interested in the election. yet i still have no idea who to vote for. i'm really torn on this one.
